Dealing with Crohn’s disease in an ordinary 9-5 world is tough enough, so dealing with it as a football playing, music producing creative, working all the hours and travelling across continents, can make things even harder. Most would quit the dream, but Grace's dreams are too big to allow Crohn’s to win. However, her perseverance really gets tested, when a random check up in Dec 2017 changes everything.
